We had a quick stretch your legs wander here. Not really sure why it needs a wooden look out point over the water how there is not much to see but the ocean is beautiful. It was very quiet so it might be a nice place to hang out and swim.

Such a beautiful and peaceful stop, I did not expect this! Definitely requires a car (otherwise driving a taxi here makes no sense) and it's about 15 minutes drive from Grand Case or about 10 from Orient Bay - we visited in the evening and were super happy we took the drive (it's actually pretty romantic); I can imagine this place shining also in the morning/noon with the sun being rising from the East

TIP: it's a nice stop if you drive on the East Coast from Philipsburg to Orient Bay/Grand Case and vice versa

TIP: there is a big parking on dirt, no worries on the car as we drove a compact i10 and were perfectly fine

Totally lovely spot with a wooden lookout post. Be careful going up and down as the steps are narrow and the handrails can have splinters.
Absolutely gorgeous views from above overlooking Caye Chateau island and the distant hilly vistas!
There are some information boards on the lookout deck so you can learn about what you're seeing including about sea grapes, beach rosemary and the various types of cacti.
The lagoon's varying depths and shades of blue of the waters from this point are mesmerising!
Definitely worth a stop to stretch your legs on any drive around the island.

I stopped here on my trip around the island and it was definitely worth it. The views available from the viewing platform are of the ocean, city, and distant islands. I would definitely recommend it.

This is a lovely tranquil area (when there are no kids enjoying it), to stop and enjoy the view over the island. It is well appointed to entertain the young ones when they descend!

It's a great place to stop and enjoy the views. Make sure you are wearing water shoes as the it can be a bit slippery.

My wife and I had a quick stop off at Lookout Point as part of a larger island tour and enjoyed the experience. Not a lot to do other than admire the truly amazing views but what views. A real tropical paradise.

Surprisingly magical! Driving up to the lookout was non-eventful. Just a dry and rocky surface parking area with a rickety wooden lookout platform. The view - serene and spectacular. The most magical experience is walking across the water during low tide to the neighboring islands. The waters are shallow and crystal clear. Be sure to follow and walk along the rock path so as not to disturb as much of the sea plant and shell life creatures. Careful as it can be slippery and the island is uneven with sharp surfaces. You will feel like Moses walking through water 😊

Take water shoes & walk out to the nature preserve islands - absolutely beautiful ! It is a very shallow walk across stones & some seaweed.
