Joyce is a great resource when visiting the island. She picked us up at the airport and returned upon departure. After a few days on our own, Joyce took us around the island on a full day tour. We saw so much only a local could find. The views, history and local restaurants off the beaten path. She is the best way to see the real St Martin. I highly recommend her services.

We have recently used Joyce for two different trips. One was a day off a cruise ship. My husband and I wanted to go straight from the cruise ship to Orient Bay and there was no excursion for just that. Joyce picked us up, took us to the beach, picked us up as we had asked (5 hours later) and took us back to the ship. The second trip was when we flew straight into St Maarten and stayed for 5 nights. Joyce picked us up at the airport, took us by a grocery store for groceries (staying at an Airbnb) and then on to our villa. She picked us up and carried us back to the airport. Joyce is very knowledgeable about the island and had great recommendations. I am so glad my travel agent had this connection with her. We will be back to St Maarten soon and I would use no one other than Joyce.

We arranged a private tour of Saint Martin with Joyce Hanley (joycepersonalservices@gmail.com) and it was the highlight of our visit to the Caribbean. She met us right on time at the cruise ship port and we traveled in comfort throughout the island. Unfortunately, our ship was docked at St. Martin for just a few hours, but we managed to pack in a great tour of both the Dutch and French sides of the island. We wanted to spend most of our time on the French side so Joyce took us to a wonderful French restaurant right on the beach. We had freshly caught grilled grouper and a lovely salad and wine. The only problem is we didn't have more time to spend there. Joyce is delightful and filled us in on much about the history and the culture of this beautiful island. We now want to go back to Saint Martin and spend more time. Joyce's Personal Services can help arrange lodging and many other helpful services for visitors to this wonderful spot. Joyce's company can accommodate larger groups as well as small. Her prices are very reasonable. I cannot recommend her enough!!!!!

My husband and I were looking at renewing our vows in October while we were on our cruise and couldn’t decide where to do it. After reading great reviews about Joyce Prince Tours in Phillipsburg, St.Maarten, I contacted her and asked about her services. She promptly responded to all of my emails and answered any questions or concerns that we had. She offered some great suggestions for what she could do for our renewal so we decided to book with her. Joyce met us at the St. Maarten port parking lot when we arrived. She was prompt and very professional. As she drove us to our destination, she showed us some of the local landmarks and told us about the rich history of the area. She was very knowledgeable. We arrived at a gorgeous private beach on the ocean where Joyce and her assistant Nikki had everything prepared. It was perfect. Nikki assisted Joyce with the renewal ceremony and took many beautiful pictures. If we visit St. Maarten again in the future, we will definitely contact Joyce to arrange for a longer, proper tour of the island. We highly recommend Joyce Prince Tours.

I tried to book Joyce on our first trip to St. Martin but she was booked. I booked her for our second trip a year in advance. If you want her services you better book as far in advance as you can. She does a great job of staying in touch with you also. Joyce is some kind of wonder woman with all the variety of services she offers. She is warm and very knowledgeable about the island and it's history. We had previously rented a villa for six couples in SXM but that trip was cancelled due to hurricane Irma. I asked Joyce if she could get us to the villa that we had rented in Terres Basses that is now up and running again. She did!! So while we were there we didn't get into the villa or property but we did get a picture at the sign for the villa. Small condolence but still nice to say we were there! In our tour which was around the island we asked to go to Maho beach, the villa in Terres Basses, lunch in Grand Case and Orient beach. Most tours will not get to all of that but Joyce did. She was very friendly and helpful and had some homemade rum punch that we enjoyed. Made with Love. We as previous visitors asked for a real tour and she gave us the good, the bad and the ugly. We were stunned at some of the locations at just how far they have to go to get back to normal. Some parts likely never will. Keep in mind the fight for survival these folks had after Irma. We felt stunned to see the lack of progress in some areas and there is truth in the fact that the French side is way behind the Dutch side in recovery. I have to say overall I was saddened at the fact that I saw boats on the side of the roads still in places. Sunset bar at Maho has expanded though in their recovery. Orient beach had lost most everything but there is a rebirth starting and it is still fun to get in the water at Orient beach. The mountainous views combined with some good wave action is both fun and beautiful. There is a restaurant, there are chair and umbrella rentals and it is still a great way to spend a day at Orient beach. Joyce was not afraid to show us everything we asked for and we would use her again on the next visit. There were four of us and we visited with her Dec 4th and it was time well spent. If you're doing a tour she should be right at the top of your list! St. Martin is still a favorite island of ours and we will be back. The nice thing is each visit will be getting better and better now. It's a great island and still home to all of those beautiful beaches.
