About
Loterie Farm is a private nature reserve where we have several treetop adventure obstacle courses as well as hiking trails. After hurricane Irma, we have rebuilt our pool area as well as repaired our treetop courses. The restaurant and treelounge tapas bar has yet to be rebuilt though our kitchen for the pool area has been rebuilt so we are open for lunch . We will reopen for dinner January 2018. We are now open 7 days a week.

Came through here to rent a “cabanita”- it’s two chairs under an awning and spacious to relax. Seats two and comes with a free drink for each person, so not a bad deal. Pool was nice and plenty of space to relax.

Cabanita costs €75 and cabana costs €190, which seats about ten. Also that comes with a free bottle of something, so a good deal if you’re going with a group. Drinks are adequately priced at around €9 each and are well made.

People were friendly and the service was good. Didn’t do anything else so I can’t comment on the other areas. Jacuzzi was blocked off for a private event, so that was disappointing. Overall I would recommend it though.

We visited Loterie Farm twice during our trip to St. Martin. The second time was because our flight got cancelled, so we chose to spend the day at Loterie Farm because we had such an amazing experience during our first visit! The atmosphere is super chilled, the music is great, the staff are absolutely amazing, honestly. We booked a cabanita bed for 85 euros and it was definitely worth it. You get the bed for the entire day, a bottle of wine or 2 cocktails on arrival, and just an area that's slightly secluded from the main beds and a bit of shade from the sun. This place is so beautiful, I honestly couldn't recommend it enough.

this place is such a paradise within paradise. it is a bit pricey but it’s worth every penny. we got a cabana to have a relaxing day at the farm. the crowd control is great so you feel like it’s more secluded. we got a bottle of rosé and a mixed platter for 4 people, which was delicious and i highly recommend it. Giovanni was such a great help, so friendly and gave us recommendation. we spent the entire day lounging and taking pictures. we will definitely return to do the zip-lining, which is couldn’t do bc sneakers are required.

Went to do the fresh water pool on the only "rain forest" on the island. Access is $25 pp. Was not aware of that as no pricing is posted on any flyers on the advertising. Cabanas $180-$220 for the day. Drinks are expensive. For a day from your hotel, car rental $80, taxis average $8 or more pp each way. So for a family of 6 figure $100 or more for taxi plus $150 to swim in the pool. Drinks and food expensive day.
Hiking is free.

My friends and I were here a few weeks ago and had an AMAZING experience. We were there for the beach club, and it's 100% worth the money. Entry into the club includes cabana rental and a bottle of champagne (we had Moet), and was about $225. It was 5 of us, so it was an easy split. We were also given a hearty snack plate with our cabana, so you don't need to order more food, but we did anyway. Our server was amazing, timely, and very knowledgeable. The food came quickly, and it was DELICIOUS. Most of all, this place is very, very relaxing. We lounged in the cabana, snacked on our food, drank well, and swam. The beach club closed at 2pmish, so it's not a super long day - we arrived around 10AM, but it's a great way to relax, and still be away from your resort/hotel. Would absolutely visit again!

Went to the farm for a hike. Unsure if we were going to do the one hour trail or the three hour. Full disclosure we failed to read the hike description that stated moderate to hard hike. The trail was ill marked and the map, in my personal opinion, was of NO help. The trail appeared at times to be a dry river bed.
With in the first 10 minutes it was very clear that we would be doing the one hour as the most fit of the four of us was huffing and puffing. Our group of four was one hiker, two of us were in moderate walkers and one of us who is in average shape. Ages of our group 48-60.
It is a steep incline and at times what I understand would be called a scramble. See pictures.
There were many iguanas of many sizes, shapes and colors. Did not stay for the pool experience as they charge 20$ a chair.

My husband and I spent a day here during pur trip to St. Martin and enjoyed it more than we thought we would. We did the shorter hike and then got a "cabinita" by the pool and ordered food and drinks. The property is lovely, but the staff are really what made our day. They were so welcoming and inviting. I was expecting a place like this to a bit uppity, but it was a very relaxed environment, not pretentious, and prices were quite reasonable for what you get. Other guests were also laid back and friendly. Definitely recommend spending a day here.

The pool area is fantastic and a wonderful setting. The private cabanna's are worth the splurge to have a place to escape the sun. Food and drinks were great and our host, Fabio, was great.

We went on a Saturday. This was either not the place, or perhaps the wrong day, to bring children. The morning starts out wonderful, but as the day progressess the mood changes into more of a south beach club scene.

Don't get me wrong, really cool place, but not for kids.

One other disappointment, when making the reservation we were told our son would be able to ride the ziplines but upon check in were told otherwise.

The hiking is good. I did the circuit route which takes you up to a high point with fantastic views.

This hidden gem has lush tropical foliage set amongst the treetops. We had a great lunch of crab fondue, green shrimp curry and smoked salmon along with some incredible drinks. Everything tasted superb and fresh and we had a wonderful table that looked out over the valley with beautiful fire red flowering trees. This is definitely a must for our next trip.

We took the hike up the mountain. It only cost $5 U.S. dollars and was well worth it. The path is a bid hard. There are steep inclines and a portion requires climbing on and over rocks. With the heat it was quite a work out. We stopped several times to catch our breaths and enjoy the amazing views. There is a 2 hour hike and a 1 hour hike option. We saw monkeys and heard alot of birds. My only complaint would be that you could overhear the music from their padio through most of the hike which took away the enjoyment of being out in nature. I would suggest management turn down the music.
