Wonderful tour with an amazing guide....a New Yorker who spoke fluent Spanish and English! She was incredible!!!!

We had a private tour for 2 at 9.30 and leaned so much about the history of champagne.

Would highly recommend this tour for anyone who wants to experience the history of champagne and see it develop into modem drinks with ice!

Loved it !!!!

We visited Chandon Winery for lunch, and unfortunately we didn't get a chance to visit the winery. However, the restaurant is excellent. It was difficult to choose the starter, the main and the dessert, since the offer was tempting. Each dish was paired with choice of Chandon or Baron B.
The pork tenderloin in rosehip, romesco sauce and lacquered carrots was particularly tasty, as was the dessert, which consisted of a basil cream, inserted with red fruits and spiced syrup.
After lunch, we take the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful gardens that surround the winery.

It is essential to have a reservation and we arranged to have lunch followed by the tour. Getting there was easy. We went to the main bus terminal in Mendoza and caught no850 bus which dropped us right outside the door. We were then treated to a magnificent 6 course tasting menu paired with the appropriate sparkling wine. This did not mean that we only got six glasses of wine - in fact every time our glass was empty it was filled up with the relevant variety Even when we moved onto the signature expensive Baron B - it kept on coming. The service was outstanding and just as the wine was explained to us so was the food. The 3rd course empanada and the main course pork were perfection on a plate. Every course was delicious, fresh and beautifully presented and with the wine a perfect combination. We took a rest and did the tour which was fairly basic but did give insight into the history of the vineyard and its connection with France. After our tour we went back for dessert and the final sweet wine. Then some much needed coffee so we could avoid staggering back to the bus stop. Not cheap it was 300 pesos each - but worth every single penny especially when you consider how much wine we drank and what we saved by taking the bus.

Go visit another, more local winery. The wine itself is very average - Chandons sparkling in Australia is a lot better. Just another cookie cutter winery.

We visited this bodega today. We had Brian as our guide. He offered to conduct the tour in English and Portuguese for 2 other Brazilian guests in our small group. The young couple kindly offered for it all to be conducted in English.

Brian had a nice manner about him and was very informative about the wines and winery. He was keen to engage with everyone and answered all our questions.

We joined a larger group of Brazilian guests for the actual tasting. They were a fun group of people and clearly enjoyed the experience.

This is a more commercial winery and provides a very slick experience. Definitely worth a visit.

This tour was very information packed with knowledgeable guides. The cellars were vast and interesting. The grounds are pretty, though not the best we saw by any stretch. It feels the most commercial of those we saw, probably being that it's part of LVMH.

My husband and I had booked a tour in English followed by a tasting. Once the tour got started the guide said she spoke very limited English. It turns out the guide who spoke English had not turned up that day!! So it was a waste of time. After the tasting, we asked to speak to the manager to explain how disappointed we were but no-one came and after waiting for 15 minutes we had to leave for our lunch appointment. Considering this is a multinational company I thought the way in which they handled the whole issue was very poor.

Not expensive and a great meal with very good service. Nothing bad to say at all. Would put it high on the list of any vineyard tour.
