We drove from Guadalajara - it is about an hour. Roads are good and wide, which they need to be to avoid the sugar cane trucks! Teuchitlan was well marked, and the site was easy to get to. Good walk over better than average ground...More

About a 45 minute drive from Guadalajara this is a must see. The interpretive centre is very well done and informative. It is quite a hike from the car park to the site but well worth the effort. It was far from crowded, just us...More

The setting is lovely and the museum presents the artifacts clearly and artistically. It is a smaller site, but is unique with its round pyramids. We had a local guide and he was excellent. What a rich culture Mexico has.

No idea but it is easy to find out by asking any taxi driver if they are interested in a day long hire. It would have to be a little more than they can earn in a normal days work.
