I wish I had more time there, so I´ll have to come back to see much more of this wonderful little corner in Denmark.

Mols Bjerge is a fantastic natural resort with - apparntly - lots of opporunities for walking. However the website of Mols Bjerge does not tell you where to start . You have to download an app to get - quite poor - information. The website informs of a visitor centre which is also what Google Maps tells you. Do NOT go to the visitor centre; it is located a mile up a gravel road and there is absolutely nothing there, besides a sign saying "Private". It is a scandal that the level of information is so low considering the value of Mols Bjerge. It is very difficult - or impossible - to obtain relevant information for first time visitors.

Sorry to hear about your experiences - but good that you like the beautyfull landscape and nature. We think our website is quite good with for example 33 places that we recommend guests to see. Three of the places are Kalø Castle Ruins, the highest point at Mols Bjerge, Agri Bavnehøj, and the three Bronze Age mounds of Trehøje, 127 metres above sea level - offers a panorama view from Aarhus to Ebeltoft, including four inlets. We are also quite happy with our three apps that can guide you. But we are a new national park and we are planning to build at visitor center - that will make it easier for our guests. Thank you for writing.

We always prioritise a visit to one of the most beautiful areas in Denmark, Mols Bjerge when we are in the neighbourhood. The national park offers spectacular nature accessible via various marked hikes.

Beautiful sights over the hills or "Mols Mountains" and the surrounding Ebeltoft fjord and the bay of Aarhus.

Just 20 mins from the airport and you are transported into an ice age landscape which is beautiful. Well worth a drive around and a walk. Don’t be put off by the stone roads!
