I went on a trip in 2010 when I was 15 years old for 3 weeks. I went by myself even though I have 3 sisters, no one else wanted to go. I was homeschooled, very introverted and scared. Yoni made me and everyone laugh with his effortless humor and was a phenomenal tour guide. His friendly demeanor put everyone at ease and allowed 30 teenagers to make connections and friends with kids all over the United States. It was the best trip of my life and I still follow Yoni to this day, as I love seeing his journey. The impact that this had on my life was unexplainable. If you are going to take a tour, go with Yoni! I cannot wait to revisit Israel and take my husband. Best believe I will be seeing if Yoni if available to show my husband the beautiful country because no one takes such a personal and educational approach.

Yoni is not just an incredible guide—he’s a true mensch! His deep knowledge and passion made the tour both fascinating and engaging. He brought history to life with his stories, and his warm, approachable personality made everyone feel included. I didn’t want the tour to end! Our one day trip with Yoni today at Har Sddom ( Dead Sea) was amazing!
Yoni met us at the hotel and we joined him to an unforgettable one day trip. We did an amazing hike with breathtaking views and learned so much from Yoni about history and topography. We also visited a cave curved from a salt mountain which was beautiful and interesting.
We enjoyed Yoni’s company so much and it add to the great experience.
The group ages was 8-80 and it was unbelievable how much it was a great experience and a great joy to all. We’ll be happy to ask Yoni to guide on our next vacation in the south of Israel!

Yoni is a fantastic guide— so personable, friendly, and a real wealth of knowledge! He really knows how to engage the children and is a natural at teaching. My family and I had a wonderful time on his tour of Masada, the Dead Sea, and the camel ranch in the South. Thank you so much, Yoni!

The tour with Yoni was a present from my sister to me and Mick. Fabulous present.
We had fantastic time.
Yoni is very warm and welcoming.
Yoni has a lot of knowledge and we had a very informative and interesting tour.
We drove via the old British road to Hamaktesh Hagadol and had a view over the beautiful sand colours, looked at maps to understand and know our upcoming tour.
We then drove to Hamaktesh Hakatan, had a beautiful spot for views and a picnic that Yoni prepared: home made lemonade, home made desert tea, dates and water.
From there we drove to Nabatia, also an interesting ancient site.
From there we continued vis nahal ein hazeva towards Ne’ot Ha-kikar and Ein Tamar. Stopped to view over nahal haarava . We drove along the border with Jordan.
Thoroughly enjoyable time. Thank you.

My family and I spent 9 days on a federation trip touring Israel with Yoni as our tour guide. Simply put, Yoni is a world class guide. He is incredibly knowledgeable, very personable and a tremendous storyteller. He brought history to life at every stop, engaging, entertaining and teaching people of all ages (6-85 years old on our bus). He also expertly handled any issues that arrived on our travels and did so in a way that was invisible to the participants, allowing us to focus on having the best possible time. He connected with everyone and made the trip an incredibly positive experience for all. I can't imagine our trip to Israel being as excellent and fulfilling without Yoni's involvement. He's the best and we will for sure tour Israel with Yoni again in the future. Highly recommend hiring him for your Israel tour needs.

We were lucky enough to have Yoni as our tour guide for a day in the Israeli Negev. We started in Tel Aviv, drove down to a moshav that was right on the Gaza/Israel border, visited David Ben-Gurion‘s desert home, and finished the day on a camel ride. He was fun, engaging, great with our teenage boys, safe, and extremely educational. if you’re looking for a wonderful tour guide in the Israeli desert or throughout Israel, Yoni would be an excellent choice.

If you think about a guided tour do not hesitate to book this experience with Yoni. We traveled together to Ein Gedi, Masada and the Dead Sea and our trip could not have been better. Yoni is an excellent guide, knowledgeable and with a great spirit. We enjoyed not only his interesting stories about ancient and modern Israel but also his open and warm personality. It was a realmeasure to spend a day together. Wishing you all the best Yoni and hoping to do another tour together soon!
