With 15+ years in the recreational tourism business, by habit, I take a critical look at any company I get a chance to see from the perspective of a customer. I have to say, this is a great operation. I took my wife and young children, 4 & 6 years old, on a day snorkeling trip to Mendengan Island with Arrows and give them high marks. While researching the trip, communication was excellent. Made from Arrows came to our villa to discuss their program and answer any questions we had without using pressure tactics. On the day of the trip our guide Bicool and the driver (sorry forgot his name) were in place and ready to go on time, with a clean and we'll maintained vehicle. The drive to the launch beach took a bit longer than expected, but only because the driver was being safe and responsible; extra points when carrying my family. On arrival at the beach the boat was clean and in good condition with a canopy to give us a break from the sun. No mechanical issues and Roman, the boat driver was careful and exceptionally nice even for this land of kind people. Having worked around and managed scores of guided over the years, I have to say that our guide Bicool was really excellent. I especially commend him for the time he took with my six year old. This being her first snorkeling experience, Bicool was easy going and attentive, really taking the time to introduce her to this new world. The result was clearly one of those life changing experiences for my daughter judging by her sustained awe of the experience. (Still now after several days have passed) Our four year old got a burr under her saddle and decided that she wasn't going to put on her goggles, despite her wearing them all the time in the pool previously. No problem, Bicool and Roman made it possible for her to safely float along with us on the surface in her pfd, which she really enjoyed and made her feel included. Thanks Bicool! The services at the launch point, which Arrows doesn't have any control over, may be austere to those unaccustomed, but they are reasonably clean and I won't complain. I only mention this for some balance to this write up. In summary, excellent safe and experienced operation, all the equipment was well maintained, the staff were top notch and I would happily go with them again.…

If you want to have a professional, long year experienced local dive master as your guide, Mayan is the right guy for you! Equipment was great and we got to check all of it before the dive. This was unfortunately not the case at another dive center here therefore we highly recommend this one. On top, Pricing is fair and you get to eat local food (tulamben)for lunch which rounds up the experience to a great day! We had a lot of fun today, Thank you so much for the great trip and dives Mayan;-) and for showing us the great fish 🐠 😜👌…

They took us on a "private" dive since it was only me and my wife that was diving for the day. The staff in shop were friendly and easy going. Everything worked as it should and we had a good guide. All in all we have nothing to complain about, we had a good day diving 🤙 👍

I have been diving for 40+ years. Wyan, our dive master, was one of the BEST I have ever had. This dive shop is professional & the only one in town that fills their tanks themselves & not ship them out for a fill. They check the filters regularly et cetera. The only place to dive when you are here. They have several diving options & all that we did were good.…

We did 3 dives around Manjangan Island late January 2020 whilst on holiday in Bali. We were picked up and returned to our villa in Kalisada by the staff at 6.30am and we’re in the water at 8.30am. We used the dive operators equipment which was in very good condition. No Nitrox available. The dive boat which we had to ourselves on this occasion was basic but sufficient. The lunch supplied was very good. The diving itself was surprisingly good once we’d got over the shock at the amount of garbage floating on the surface of the ocean. Visibility was 18-20 metres and our DM went to great lengths to find things for us including 2 huge frog fish and a Orangutan crab. There was a good variety of soft corals and plenty of life around the reefs. I don’t recall the total cost but it was not expensive.…
