Glorious blue skies

Fab local beach, great atmosphere and quiet. During my time on holiday this beach was my haven when the heat became unbearable.

The beach is non existent there are fish shack everywhere and they charge a lot of money for the food which is prepared with locally sourced ingredients. The place is a bit intimidating as there are a lot of vendors, so I would recommend travelling with a local only. The food was good but I might never go for a 2nd... More

The food is always good but the aesthetics of the place is very poor. Too many shacks on the beach oh where is the beach again!? The beach was a great disappointment. Besides the food the beach is the only other reason for visiting Hellshire but that is gone. Fort Clarence here i come, but they need to clean up... More

Been here a few times it's a nice local beach that's tourist friendly. I recommend ordering food at one of the restaurants on the beach. It's good and well worth your money. If your a tourist just don't show any signs of wealth.

Overcharged for a fish, bammy and festival meal on a recent visits...Placed filled with hustlers trying to sell you all kind of stuff...AVOID THIS PLACE. This Fish place will not tell you the cost of the meal until after it is served...they will not give you a receipt...Again avoid this place like a plague

The beach has started to erode but there is a section further on the left of the beach that has private little beach huts where you can have your fish and festival and your drinks while you also go for a swim in the beautiful torquise blueish beach.

Jeniffers Fish Spot is my regular hangout for a great grilled lobster or steam fish meal. However the lovely beach has been eroded so there is not much beach area to hand out. In a couple of years there will be no beach. But the seafood restaurants are all there if you like to eat.

A small group of five (5) visited Prendy's on August 25. We selected our own fish individually, added some drinks and side orders, then chatted while we waited. It was a good hangout with friends; good clean music, cold beer, restroom facilities and the splashing sea! The wait was about 30 minutes or so, and my first try at the... More
