The island was almost 35-40 minutes away from Venice but it was worth the boat trip. We got to walk around and explore the island’s colorful houses. There was a big square with a lot of restaurants to eat at and their food was good....More

You should really spend half a day here as its a beautiful town with nice eateries. It should be second place to visit after St Marks Square.

Do visit this island if you can. It’s so pretty with all the coloured houses and lace hanging outside the shops. Not entirely sure it’s all genuine but it’s attractive. Lots of places to eat.

Burano's colorful houses, charming, quiet streets are enchanted. There is nothing like this anywhere else. If you are in Venice you should definitely go with a vaporetto.

For anyone looking for a memorable reminder of your trip to Venice and you are on Burano, visit Molin Jewellers, Via San Marco, 457. The most genuine owner,a real gentleman, who loves offering quality jewellery at very competitive prices.
