This is very good, as rural museums go. We particularly liked the traditional games that can be played and the hairdressing salon (the likes of which we have not seen before). Many fascinating details - great social history.

We spent just over an hour here. Enjoyed playing some of the traditional wooden games. Good exhibition, plus wooden clog-making being done.

We took our two youngest there this morning and although it is very early in the season and we were the only visitors, we were made to feel welcome. The exhibits are brilliant and wonderful as they aren’t behind glass. Fascinating glimpse into Breton life past. Didn’t feel at all awkward as our French isn’t great, we were made extremely welcome and things were explained to us. I’d highly recommend this museum as it’s substantial and great value for money.

Did not expect a great deal but was very impressed.
It is a great museum on the history of life, living accommodation, teaching and farming in Breton.
The tractor display and cog making were very interesting and we were made to feel very welcome.
