Excellent arrangement from wayan! Chris is an excellent tour guide!
We have a 3 days 2 night package to komodo, Chris is being very helpful and caring, and he know all the perfect spot. I would recommend them to anyone who want to visit Komodo island!

I don't remember the guide's name for either of the trip.
The waterfall trip was excellent. The guide was very helpful, offering to carry our stuff every time we wanted to cross the stream while walking to Tiu Kelep waterfall and making sure we are OK throughout the trip.
The snorkelling trip was fun, but the guide didn't give us life jackets until we reached Gili Trawangan by the boat. He was a bit over-friendly but couldn't tell us where the toilet was in Gili Trawangan. Despite all this, he is an excellent diver and showed me a large variety of fishes. His attitude definitely needs improvement, though.
The driver, Pasek, was a really nice and friendly person and took us around both the days.

We got in touch with Sahrudin (Udin) from this travel agency and got good friends with him. He is a fun guide and really looks after your well being. This agency is caring about its reputation and is very trustful. We are glad we met Udin and all the other nice employees and had a great time exploring Lombok and the Gilis.
Furthermore Udin helped us a lot with other needs (pharmacy, nightlife, etc.).

Do NOT book with this company. They are very nice at first but they take your money and set you up with someone local and they have no idea whats going on. I booked with them a Komodo trip from Bali. They put me on a boat that wasn't the one I was supposed to be on. This boat left without me and I had to take another boat to meet them. The guide never showed because he got drunk so we were at sea unable to speak the language of the crew and actually putting us in danger just sending us by ourselves. Shame on you.

Very sorry for inconvenience trips, I understand with your complain about, we try to make good service even you join with sharing trips with cheap price to Komodo island
1. Give schedule of pick up service, due the trips are share everybody should following the schedule by waiting at lobby between pick up time, its mean every body should make attention about it, so they can divide time for breakfast other ways everybody will waiting long and complain or leave the guest if they come very slowly, in this case you are not make attention on it, its make the boat leave you, than we should send speed boat to get in, that was trouble us, but we try the best, helping to carry your bag than you hurry but you not happy even you just bring masker for your snorkeling equipment, this is not deluxe service.
2. Everything can be change on the trips especially engine problem and every body can be sick immediately, we commit to give similar service as we promise, stay at cabin, different color and model of the boat its not big deal. The boat crew not 100% speak English very well but if you patient listening you will understand even people speak with body language.
3. We ( me and my partner at Labuhan Bajo ) try to discus the best way by refund money, but you asking 68% refund from payment. if refund not process immediately you threaten us by will write bad review, by asking 68% refund its mean you can't killing local business, share trips is cheap option with low profit per person, how can you asking 68% refund.
I want a fair solution so that no one is harmed but you don't give a choice, hope next trips if you have same problem you can calm down and find good solution not threaten by bad review of not giving refund as your wish.

Service level varied by different guides. One guide (Pak Jul) was excellent. He's quite professional. He could recommend good spots to visit and to take memorable pictures.
Overall, LTA doesn't seem to be familiar with uncommon tourist attractions. They have to improve their knowledge about exotic locations which are still unpopular.

Climbing spectacular Rinjani is a must when visiting beautiful Lombok.
It's hard going, however, life was made easier with the assistance of Wayan and his professional team from LTA Tours.
Without their help, we would probably be still up there or never have made it to the summit in the first place!
Their wealth of knowledge of the area and great English meant the trek was not only visually spectacular but educational as well.
The incredibly cheerful porters and cooks did an amazing job carrying our gear, setting up camp on the volcano rim and preparing the best pineapple pancakes ever invented.
Most of our party were in the 40-50 age group and really appreciated the lack of urgency from our guides which made this adventure even more enjoyable.
As mentioned, treking Rinjani is a must when visiting Lombok, just be sure to contact Wayan at the above web address to enjoy to get the most out of this amazing experience.

These guys are great!! They let us customize our trip, taking us to the waterfalls one day and an amazing snorkel trip the next. Our guide Ida was awesome!! He brought snacks for us and toured us around to all the cool spots. There are a lot of companies in Lombok, but I feel that these guys are cooler and more down to earth. Highly recommended!!

Hubby and I engaged their services for a day trip to the Gilis. We were fetched by Pak Zul from our hotel and driven to Pantai Nipah, to board a boat and Pak Cha was our boatman. Pak Zul was our driver and guide throughout the day. He was very professional and can converse in English very, very well. Therefore, there was no language barrier. It took us 45 minutes to reach Gili Air. We snorkeled and fed bread to the fish. We saw many different types of colourful fish. We continued our journey to Gili Meno and continued to snorkel and enjoy the vivacious reefs. Our last stop was at Gili Trawangan, where we visited their Turtle Conservation Site and had lunch before heading back to mainland. Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful gilis!!! But we encountered high and choppy waves on the way back to Lombok, however Pak Cha skillfully manoeuvred our boat safely to shore. Hip hip hooray to Pak Cha!!!
