We had a tour with this agency, the owner has been very professional and kind. We got a day tour from sanggigi to the south Gilis (nanggun, kedis...) it had been amazing, wonderful beaches, snorkeling etc. Transport, equipments, and photos... He took so many photos, like a professional photo shooting and the other guide took the underwater photos and videos. Excellent transportation car and boat.
From early beginning we felt as long time friends. To the end of day, without any rush, he took us to an restaurant in Mataram, very interesting. Very recommended +++++

Must book! Booked a private car with ac including guide and entrance to waterfall. Guide Joey was great, spoke English very well and was helpful. If you're a solo traveller or group this is the one to book. At the booking office not pushed into buying like at other offices! Will definitely be booking again! Happy travels!

We spent a wonderful day with Alan of Amazing Panorama and his great team. He picked us up at our boutique hotel The Puncak and took us to 3 secret Gilis snorkeling ... very professional, excellent and safe driver, interesting and knowledgeable ! We saw fishes like we’ve never seen before. We will always cherish the memories of this absolutely wonderful day!!

Very professional and helpful company. We booked a rinjani trek, unfortunately we weren't able to do the trek so we got an instant no questions refund. Kept in good contact trying to rearrange the trek afterwards and also helping us with information on a boat to Nusa Lembongan. Would highly recommend this company.

Lombok Amazing Panorama is my preferred travel agency in Lombok. Allen provided ferry tickets at competitive prices, we rented a car through him, he drove me to the ATM and when I forgot my ID card in Lombok he made sure that I got it back in Bali.

Used this company as the front photos were clean and informative and the owner was happy to answer questions and not at all pushy. Took the tour to the south, pottery and weaving village and Lombok houses. Pottery village- lots of products to sell but quality not high. Weaving village, interesting but when we did not purchase the guide became quite aggressive- kept insisting we buy something. Followed us to the car and talked to the driver. Apparently when you visit you should put money into a donation box( not evident) and tip the guide. Protocols we were not aware of and perhaps our driver ver should gave informed us. It was a good day , dress ver more than happy to

We made two trips with Lombok Amazing Panorama in March 2017, one snorkeling trip to Gili Nanggu/Kedis/Sudak and another day trip to the south/Kuta Lombok. Everything was well organized and realized as planned. The drivers were reliable, friendly and open to answering our questions to the culture and life in Lombok. The owner is nice and competent, too.
I highly recommend the Gili snorkeling trip, we loved the marine life, colorful fishes and the paradiasial islands.
The prices are a little higher than offers by other locals but it's worth it and you may ask for a discount for the second or more booking.

We booked two tours with this company--one to a rather obscure waterfall and another to Pink Beach. We had Saiful and Ari as our guides and they were pretty awesome. They accommodated our requests for visiting additional (but nearby) spaces and arranged for the necessary transport. They were fun to be with, often with jokes and blunders (eg falling off the ojeks). Saiful is also a fan of taking photographs and he'll whatsapp the photographs he took later. He also bought us Nasi Puyung, a local chicken and soy bean dish, for lunch on our trip for pink beach.
