Really worth the trip! We took our car into the Calmont Parking and walked a few kilometers along the road to the top. What a view! One of the best I have ever seen!!

The Moselle valley from Trier to Koblenz is a little gem along the Moselle river. Surrounded by impressive slopes and vineyards, it is worth the trip. I did not expect though to see a so astonishing view at Bremm. Along the Calmont Klettersteig path you could discover the Moselle and its loop. This view is reproduced numerous times in guides and pictures but few make references to the site where you could enjoy that view. On top of the hill you could enjoy the view of the loop and beyond. If you are not ready for the trek, you may go directly to the top, first by car and then through a path in the woods with no slope to climb. Take the road on the left before Bremm. Absolutely worth it !!!…

this place is one of the many scenic places along the river. this one being special that it's the most steep vineyard along the river. if you're up for it you can walk/climb up and end with a rewarding view

We did the hike from Bremm and then the loop up the mountain and back to Bremm. It took us three hours, but we stopped a few times and my wife took it very carefully on the way back down the steep slopes. Some parts of very technical and difficult so you need some experience. Be careful to wear decent footwear as well. The signage is pretty decent, but there are a couple of places you could take a wrong turn and not know it. Get a map if possible. We took some incredible photos. We did not got to Eller. Pick a nice day; not rainy or cloudy or foggy. …
