Kanha is probably the prettiest forest in India. Tall and elegant Sal trees make up the thick woods. I recommand to stay here longer, enjoy the peacfullness atmosphere of the place. Nothing much to do, and that's the beuty of the place. Stop and relax. It's hard to spot a tiger, but there us... You might not be lucky enough to see a tiger in Khana - we failed despite five safaris - but there's an abundance of wildlife, from deer to a rich variety of birds, to be seen. Our highlights included seeing guar, the giant forest ox, to crested hawk eagles and three species of vultures. Don't forget to take your binoculars... More

if you are interested to avoid mass-touristic - than you have the option to enjoy a Tiger Nationalpark and the surroundings in a best option ! but I suggest - having a stopover for a week !!!

You will spot the big cat only if you are extremely lucky. There is absolutely nothing else to see there. You enjoy the drive for first 15-20 mins. But then it starts to get boring very soon. Book the safaris well in advance on the website. Also if you dont like sharing dont book a seat book the entire car... More

Long way from the gate to the area you were able to view game in which meant you were leaving in the afternoon just when the... More
