Its the 95th Divya desam. Either you can climb down approximately 100 steep steps to reach from the highway side or walk a distance , cross the river and climb about 40 steps to reach the temple from market (bazaar) side. the temple is closed...More

It's an old temple... Filled with very positive vibes... You have to climb around 25 to 30 steps to reach there... U can see the confluence of Alakananda and Bhageerathi from the temple... It is associated with Ramayana..

when in Devprayag you don't have much places to visit. this temple near Sangam can be visited. much history is associated with this temple though.

The most amazing place of India is Devprayag. Once you visit, you wish to return back to this place again and again. Taking dip in the Ganga (Devprayag) Mother Ganga removes all curse and bad karmas.
