I've been to several brewery tours before but this is the most informative one ever. The tour comes with a free bagel and a beer and the souvenir shop has plenty of interesting merchandise (their merch luggage was really cool though a bit expensive).
Came with a prebooking and the Black Forest card which gets you a discount on the tour, so I only paid 6 euros.

The audio guided supplies a lot of interesting information pieces about the history of the brewery, its connection to the black forest and the brewing procedure. Well designed and maintained- and the beer itself is very good too
