It's been a few years since I visited with my daughter and it may have changed now but first of all, the spa in Loughborough was extremely difficult to find and we were quite stressed when we finally arrived. We were greeted very nicely but then left on a sofa in an empty room for around 10-15 minutes. We may have been given a glass of bubbly each, I can't remember. We were finally taken to the massage room where we both had lovely massages at the same time. Unfortunately, instead of leaving us afterwards to bask in the aftermath, we were immediately confronted with three ladies all holding up bottles of the products that had been used on us, trying to sell them. This ruined the whole experience. The bubbly sitting out in the jacuzzi later on was nice, as was the pedicure but overall, I would urge this place to not be so profit-driven. When mentioning the 'hard-sell' on check-out, instead of taking the criticism gracefully, the girl chose to argue instead. For this reason, I would not recommend this place.

We were very well looked after at The Owl House - Beauty Temple. I visited with my partner for a couples hot stone back massage - staff were very attentive, all wearing masks which made me feel very comfortable. Staff went above and beyond to ensure our visit was excellent. Thank you! We will be back.
