I booked in for a meerkat encounter at the zoo which was great. The keepers were friendly and took plenty of photos. Although the zoo is small there is still plenty to see and there are keeper talks daily. It's very clean and tidy.

Fancy a zoo in my own backyard, the lions and cheetas were worth the admission price alone, all the other animals were just a bonus, crocodiles too
