For the Chinese new year, the price is 50RMB, which is really a lot for what it is. The park and buildings have English translations on pannels. Beautiful but overpriced (other time of the year it is normally not that price, and Tongnan people don't have to pay).

I've been there twice. Both times the Buddha was being re-gilded, but it is still beautiful to see. The temple is really peaceful and has some excellent natural curiosities like the singing steps and the man and lady of the temple on the cliff face. Lovely place to visit, thoroughly recommended. * I actually visited in 2010 and 2011.
