We were excited about doing this tour but were disappointed. We felt rushed and not enough chance to taste different coffees. On the positive the views and lay out were great. We got some nice photos.
I was hoping to see the farm in operation.
We visited this coffee plantation farm and could not highly recommend the tour enough. Andres was an excellent tour guide who spoke fluent English and really helped to make this tour an enjoyable experience for the whole group.
Well organised and interactive tour of coffee farm provided by knowledgeable and funny guide by the name Camilo )))
Make your way to the farm by walking from Salento and get back by Jeep Willy.
Many thanks from Igor & Karen 👌

We think both activities are well worth it! We chose the Ocasa coffee tour after hearing we would see all aspects of coffee production and it was very interesting (if you actually buy and drink coffee at home you will have a new found respect for the process). It's a lovely and easy walk from the center of town).
Hiking in the Cocora Valley was another highlight, it is an easy hike to do on your own (just stay alert to the signage, as it appears another commenter here got a little lost). The Willy Jeeps leaves the town square regularly, they just wait for enough people to fill a small jeep - anywhere from 6 - 10 people. I suspect you could book a private jeep if so inclined. This isn't a particularly difficult hike - no scrambling or really steep parts.
While in town, be sure to go to "top of the town" and see the view of the valley.
