Western Coast of India (15 Days)

The western coast of India is located between Kerala and Gujarat and extends from the Arabian Sea to the Western Ghats. Its total length is 1400 km, width ranges from 10 km to 80 km, and the elevation ranges from 150 m to 300 m above sea level. It is characterized by sandy beaches, mud-flats, sand-dunes, alluvial tracts, estuaries, lagoons, residual hills and more. It lacks deltas as the short and swift rivers are not able to make deltas in this coast.

It was a quite old church on the sea side. bit of bushes around the church and the back side was facing the sea. Sea view is good from here. The elevation of church from Thalassery fort is good. The old church was rebuilt and what we see is new one which was constructed years ago i guess. They kept photos of old church skeleton at the entrace for public view.

Worth stopping by when visiting the fort, there is no fee but a donation towards the up keep was appreciated. This is the church by the fort unlike a location on TA with the same name but a different picture of a much more modern church which is not the correct one
