i absolutely loved this museum and give it 5 stars ! , there is so much to see its a fantastic place and i especially loved the star wars displays...go visit this gem hidden in Essex you wont be disappointed you will love it

Britain ats its best, totally bonkers! We paid a pound to go in the haunted house, -good fun! There is toys, WW2 stuff, all kinds of stuff. We will go back again soon

What a peculiar place this is! Even the access is a bit confusing as the museum is contained within the walls of the castle and it's not clear whether you can get in separately. Anyway we were in the castle so gave it a look....More

What an exciting place to be. Lots of gadgets and history and knowledge all in one building. Highly recommend for all ages.

I don't think so. We entered through the castle entrance; the castle entrance fee included the toy museum.
