Great place to swim, sun-bath, eat (pic-nic, barbecue...) and for kids to play with sand castles. Plenty of parking available, safe place and very friendly people.

For a major waterway, it is always clean. The park is busy but well maintained. The sand is natural and there is a lot of it. This is as good or better than many of the beaches on the Great Lakes in southern Ontario.
