A castle with a rich history. Once the holiday locatieontwikkelaar of the aristocracy of Torino. Nowadays hosting a culinary school under support of EU and local government. We were guided through the castle and some rooms that are being renovated by our friendly guide. Renovation should be ready next year.

What a great location for a culinary school to train in, have a working restaurant for locals and tourists to try during busy season, walked around the cellar and the cheese cave and salumi caves I was in heaven..
