We walked to the marina many times while we were in Hervey Bay, the restaurants and cafes are all excellent and everyone was very helpful,Great.

In our stay, we rented a small boat for a day, we went around the bay, then we stopped at the little island in front of the bay. Lots of bird nests and beautiful nature. Pelicans are so funny. Great experience

Lovely area with a few shops, restaurants etc. Lots of the whale watching tours depart from here. Plenty of parking.

Marina is losing something -- the shops are looking tired and not much interest to people getting off or on boats - More price friendly shops would be better

The marina is surrounded by a variety of shops, cafes & restaurants & there is a well maintained walkway around, plenty of parking nearby for those visiting the information kiosk or looking to embark on a trip to one of the many nearby islands.
