This attraction is small but has lots of surprises and would delight any family and their youngsters. It was very informative with lots of reading on posters giving interesting facts about the ocean and the sea life. The owners and staff were hands on and always on hand to give lots of information about the displays. The feeding time was... More

We came to Reefworld about 11 years ago during our first trip to Australia and enjoyed the experience. I believe it used to be called Neptune’s but I could be wrong. It’s a smaller aquarium with lots of great animal encounters, knowledgeable staff and well set up. Coming back through Hervey Bay area a couple of weeks ago, we stopped... More

Great for young kids as they have a touch pool where people can touch different marine creatures in a safe environment for both them and the creatures. Feeding times for turtles and fish where adults and kids can feed them. Staff are friendly and informative. As its small and somewhat dated, the only negative is the entry fee of $20... More

The turtle feeding is awesome! Probably a little small but everything is well maintained and all the interactive displays are fantastic.

We had a lovely morning checking out all the tanks seeing what fish we could find in each, each time finding more and more fish we didn't see on the first look as they were hiding. The highlight for my daughter was being able to feed a green turtle and give it a pat.

The turtles are amazing!! Sit down and pat the huge turtles as they swim up to seek some human love. They kept coming back for scratches under the neck and their shell. Who am I to deny them? I dont know of any other place you can go to just chill out with the turtles and give them loving little... More

Thank you to the team at Reefworld Aquarium. We visited from Rockhampton with 3 ladies with disabilities. The ladies and their carers enjoyed there time there. Touching and feeding the turtles was their high light. The staff at the aquarium were very helpful and gave their time and knowledge to the ladies. Would highly recommend

Had a great day. The staff were great and would willingly answer questions. It was a great experience to feed the turtles and the sharks. It's only a small aquarium but we had a great day.

What a great place to take the kids, they loved it. Great set up for a little town. The fish tanks and the turtle tank is such a awesome experience being able to pat and feed then. Will definitely be recommending to family and friends when up that way.

Thank Darren M
