I spent a lovely afternoon there with my best friend. We both enjoied the variety of services they offer: a sauna, an hammam, an emotional shower, a box filled with ice to refresh yourself after the warmth of sauna and hammam. They also have a wide and clean swimming pool with hydromassages and illuminated in the night. What was missing in that day, were fruits to eat and infusions to drink.

We booked a package with a “THREE” hour spa program and a 1 HOUR massage!! We started this Spa journey With a 5 minute delay which made us notice the brunette girl at the entrance annoyed and irritated perhaps?! !! (please note that even the small delay is not recoverable so if you have lost 10 minutes in traffic you stick to the tram, Spa policy this is the time and that's it) After 20 minutes of entering the wellness program they call us for the massage, a "very" delicate massage and not done with the utmost care for the well-being of the customer who would like to leave saying "wow"!! I made a timetable with the phone to see how we were going with the times, the massage lasted 45 minutes so not 1 hour from AS EXPECTED AND PAID ABOVE ALL, we go back to the pool Where we spend 1 hour and a half only to then be told that by 7.30pm we had to have completed the route so we didn't even have a full 2 and a half hours, relax because the half hour taken off is for showering!! So go on a "WELLNESS" journey with the watch on your wrist!! After that I asked the girl if we could do the "PAID TIME" the answer was I'm sorry but by that time you must already be OUT!! Well what should I say??? the place is beautiful but honestly with a cost of more than €200 I wouldn't do it again AT ALL! I would only opt for a simple Spa program "without being late", please Anxiety is included in the package!!
