We spent the weekend in Champagne visiting champagne houses. Whilst we enjoyed Moet & Chandon, Pommery and Taittinger (all big houses). By far the best, most enjoyable, and most informative was Champagne Corbon in Avize. Thoroughly recommended. Great quality champagne too, we've even purchased some...More

We loved visit, learn and taste at Domaine Corbon. We learn how to formulate our own champagne and taste an amazing "menu degustation" prepared by Mrs Agnés, la proprietaire. We strongly recommend!
