A small series of catacombs, which you will be escorted into by a guide (it is mandatory) for about 15 mins. Quite a few steps down from the car park (so a possible concern if you have a mobility issue). Tall people remember to duck.

Very interesting site. Although we saw more rich burial caves in the world and in Israel, we did not expect to find such a site on a Greek island. The story is interesting and the site is well maintained. The guide was boring and unpleasant...More

We checked out the catacombs while hiking through the area and it was a great guided tour to learn more about the catacombs. Short and sweet. The ancient theatre and a couple other sites are in the area so worth checking out.

An excellent short tour for a very small entrance fee. You can take in the ancient theatre at the same time. Excellent guide leads you through these early Christian tombs and passages and answers questions intelligently.

There is a small entrance fee and the groups are only of about 10 people. The guide we had was very good. They are very well kept and displayed and even though rather small compared to say Rome's. They are among the three most important...More

Not earth-shattering, but worth a visit. There is a small entrance fee and you need to wait for a group of 10 to go in. The tour is guided and they are some of Europe's (if not the world's) oldest catacombs. Quite a walk from...More

No, not to my knowledge. We had the full tour and didn't see or hear about any.
