We were hoping that we could drive around the whole peninsula and find a secluded cove away from the crowds. Unfortunately the majority of the road is closed off & guarded after driving approx. 8km in from Guzelcamli. That said we did find a relatively tranquil area away from the main beaches and enjoyed our time there. Also went for... More

Its a peninsula where you can drive through a long coast line. Its a nature park. There are different species of trees and flowers and animals. There are beautiful beaches as well. The sea is turquoise green and great. You can see the sand under your feet. Green and blue come together in one place which is quite rare. The... More

This has got to be one of the best kept secrets around Kusadasi. Dilek or Milli National Park is around 23 kilometres from Kusadasi. It cost 12 Lira to take a car in but a Dolmus will take you there direct from Kusadasi. There are four main beaches in Dilek, the Dolmus only goes as far as the first, which... More

This National Park is a must see! Incredible and stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea. We drove to the last beach on the strip Karasu and spent the afternoon swimming & lounging. Facilities are basic and there is a restaurant serving standard kebab fair. Be warned umbrellas go quick!! Worth the trip for a swim in a hot day.

We came here on the third day of our holiday, and then ended up coming back every day after that. The beaches are beautiful, and really quiet especially during the week. We had hired a car, but the local buses seem to operate a good service through the majority of the park. It cost 25 Turkish lira to hire two... More

Take a picnic as food is quite limited, but there are lots of fantastic places to picnic. The beaches are super and the water is crystal clear and if you go out of season you will probably be the only ones on the beach. There are numerous trails through the woods which are all well sign posted and plus you... More

My title says it all. Good roads, but if you like to walk come early and do one of the trails. There are look outs along the rod, so that you can view the many clean and attractive coves. They are looking after this park well and it gives you a glimpse of some of Turkey's unspoilt coastline. Plenty of... More

Taken there by Turkish friends and saw a glimpse of real Turkey away from the major tourist resorts. Pine trees sloping down to a fine pebble beach with crystal clear waters and views of Samos. Joined for lunch by the indigenous herd of wild pigs (boar?). A wonderful day out flowed by visit to Zeus's cave and a BBQ.
