If you are considering MOOM Hotel Milano because of the inside pool photos and tempting "full spa service" - don't. The pool is small, for adults only and cost 10 euro per person per day! That was a huge disapointment for our little family that has traveled far. It seems like it is not often used, just for show (like a North Korean Shoppingmal). The spa service are also limited. They have to call a woman and ask if she can come, if you want to book a treatment. I was lucky, and booked 50 min face treatment and 25 min massage. Although, when I got out of the treatmentroom I found out that she had only used 55 min.

The breakfast at the hotel is okey, but the room service less impressing. It also cost 10 euro for the service itself.

However, the Hotel Room (Garden Rooms with two floors) are clean, clever and quiet. Internet is stable. The shower is unique and beautiful. Cool colors and funny art in the hallway.

Hotel guests gets free acces to a huge, lovly park and pool area with a great restaurant with good italian food - nearby. The pool are buzy though, with lots of kids during the summer.

I was here for a several times.
Everything is clean, a lot of parkings, friendly stuff, and a good breakfast. And a real cheap price.

Experience quite NEGATIVE!

I stayed at the MOOM hotel for one night choosing a themed room.
After a couple of hours of entering the room, I realized that the temperature inside began to rise due to a malfunction of the air conditioning or a system not suitable for the room given the presence of a hot tub.

So, I thought I'd go to reception to try to solve the problem.
At the reception they told me that they would lower the temperature thus resolving the situation, but nothing to do .. problem not solved!

At this point, late in the evening I exposed the problem again asking if it was possible to change rooms; I was assigned a room with working air conditioning and with a cost of 50% less than the themed room.

Obviously, at the time, I was told that it would be possible to evaluate a refund given the inconvenience and the price difference; end result? No refund, in their opinion the room did not present any problems related to air conditioning.

From my point of view the themed rooms have an inadequate and sometimes malfunctioning air conditioning system, also the treatment received after the discomfort created shows a lack of professionalism.

Reception and room very nice! Parking Prima
Then you can eat here... that was a mistake: does he ask me if I want my salad after dinner??? Then came the salad... raw! Ask me if I need anything else! huh??? Yes: Salt Pepper Oil and Vinegar! Vinegar then came on demand... spaghetti very delicious children's portion. ( my wife had already eaten) Yes, I would have liked to eat the sauce too... with knife and fork already difficult! So for a 4 star hotel/spa something is going wrong! Too bad...

We stayed here on vacation, the night before flying back to home. The hotel staff were responsive but aloof and did not seem like they particularly cared about solving the few issues we ran into. We booked the room, excited to use the spa and pool. We were notified a few days prior that the pool was closed for maintenance, so our spa options were essentially limited to a hallway with a sauna and a warmer sauna. Both sauna rooms and the bathroom in our room smelled pretty heavily of mildew. The air conditioning in our room didn’t work until we called the front desk and had them turn it on, and even then it didn’t seem functional for a few hours. There were over a dozen light switches in the room and it was really unclear what each switch controlled. Some switches turned on a light, but then did not turn it back off. Maybe we just caught the hotel on a low point in the week/season. I could see this being a really fun place to stay if I wasn’t constantly faced with seemingly avoidable inconveniences.

I stayed here on a business trip recently and the hotel is nice and the food was ok. Other members of the team used the spa and said it was very nice.

MO.OM looks like a movie set on approach1 Very imposing, long drive up to a wihite vision. Most rooms are motel style, set back on both sides, each with its own parking space. You enter on one side, where you park the car, and then walk out on the other, into a long corridor that leads up to the main building where you have breakfast (Italian-style, lots of pastries) and a spa (spa-ette) with two exercise machines, a Turkish bath, sauna and tiny but very nice pool with whirlpool. All very clever. Rooms are also very smart, and literally nice and cool (shades had been pulled and airco on). Lighting takes some practice, with all the different options and switches. Overall - just what you need after a long drive. For dinner - just leave the grounds and turn left. There are some restaurants there (or stay at the hotel). We were stubborn and wanted to eat locally - more trouble than it was worth.
