I visited Eagle Heights with my partner and our 4 year old daughter with a Groupon, which made our visit very good value for money indeed. I do agree with some of the other reviewers that the place does look a little run down although I understand some renovations are taking place and the establishment are aiming for a more... More

A friend and I spent a day at Eagle Heights yesterday. We were very impressed. The staff are kind, caring and most interesting, and the birds and animals are obviously well cared for. We saw the birds of prey flying experience twice during the day - different birds each time - that was incredible. We paid two pounds each to... More

The totally awesome staff and volunteers made this an engaging and subtly educational day. Everyone was chilled out and smiling, it brought a real family feel to the day. Loved the 'no uniforms' so we could see who was there volunteering. Thanks guys! From arriving around 12 noon it was an engaging day all the way to 5. Picnics were... More

I booked an Eagle Heights experience for my boyfriend's birthday and he thoroughly enjoyed flying the eagles at the sanctuary. The people there were so friendly right from booking the experience all the way to giving out tea and cake in the afternoon after the experience. My boyfriend spent 2 hours with four eagles, and I was allowed to stay... More

We have been to Eagle Heights many times over the past few years- this visit was a welcome return after a break of 2-3 years. The highlight of the visit is always the flying display and this time was no exception-the star of the show being Steller's sea eagle (Haliaeetus pelagicus)- soaring majestically on thermals then a high speed plunge... Fantastic day. Spent three hours flying Harry, Will, Stan and Ted (the Hawks) in the beautiful Kent countryside. A special thanks to Emma for her patience! A thoroughly enjoyable day.

Spent the morning watching flying displays and looking at various animals and birds. After a Barbecue lunch spent the afternoon with Emma, our instructor and 4 hawks (her boys!). Had a brief safety talk, then each person took a hawk for walk outside the main park to the nearby fields with fantastic views across the Kent Countryside. Spent the next... More

A friend and myself took our two daughters (14 and 10) to camp and play with the huskies. If you are looking for a five star glamping experience, this will not be for you, but if you want an authentic no nonsense camping experience, sitting under the stars eating burgers and sausages cooked by someone else in extremely generous quantities,... Great experience with lots of birds of prey plus loads of other animals. Definitely watch the flying show with a whole load of different eagles and falcons flying over your head! Also, you can pay extra to hold a couple of the birds and get some photos.
