We like visiting hot springs when we travel and enjoyed Takhini today. As they say, their hot water is odorless. They have two pools, warm and hot, with a wall between them. You can move around to find hotter or cooler spots. There is a shower room with free lockers, although the soap dispensers in the showers were empty today.... More

Beautiful setting and very large pools so you are not crowded. We have been there several times before. There is one hotter pool (and a second one that is more comfortable for most people).

Had total my husband into going to the hot springs but once we got there he did not want to leave. The best way to unwind. Very clean. Friendly staff and very knowledgeable of the area. The price is for the day so you can actually go do something else for part of the day and then come back to... More

When i was in Whitehorse with a friend we decided to check this place out. It was not to bad of a place but the hot spring was more like a cement pool and it wasnt like a natural hot spring. The water from the hot spring flowed into a cement pool but it was pleasant and relaxing.

Not as scenic as Liard Hot Springs, but a pleasant place. Wear sandals or pool shoes if you have them, as otherwise you have to rent them. I found it as pleasant sitting on the chairs around the pool as in it for a good deal of the time. But good for a soak after a long day, and also,... More

Driving from Alaska to the Lower 48 can be hard on your car but can be harder on your body. Especially if you enjoy discounts for being a little older! So by the time we hit Whitehorse a soak in hot water was exactly what the doctor ordered. Takhini hot springs is an unpretentious establishment that not only delivered a... More

Enjoyed the hot springs. Sat near the inlet where the hottest water comes into the pool. The further you go away, the less hot it is, and this worked well for families with smaller children.

An ok place, but overall not much more than a swimming pool full of hot water? Scenery on the drive out to it from Whitehorse was excellent and probably the highlight of the trip.

Nice to visit at the end of a busy day. There is work underway to do much needed upgrades. It was clean and not crowded. Restaurant closes too early.

This was a nice family stop. Lots of locals there to talk to. A few minutes outside of the city, so need to plan to get there, but different and fun attraction while in Whitehorse. Worth the visit!
