Everything was wonderful, and exceeded my expectations! Your guides were fun and funny. The cabin set-up and outside fire was perfect. It was the highlight of my Yukon adventure. Thank you!

We were well-taken care of from beginning to end. The guides were enthusiastic, knowledgeable and very helpful to guests. The aurora borealis was absolutely gorgeous, and we really enjoyed the wildlife preserve and the hot springs as well.

Our bucket list trip to see the Aurora Borealis was perfect, with the help of Anila and Erika of Northern Tales. We took the Aurora Borealis & Boreale Ranch Tour in early April 2016. From our pre-trip planning to our departure, everything was handled with professionalism, expertise, promptness, and friendly service. Anila and Erika were more than patient and flexible... More

My sister and I have tried a number of places to see the auroras including Iceland, Alaska, and Churchill. We went out three nights with this tour group. Each night was different. Our first night was the best as we saw the auroras like people imagine seeing the auroras. We took photos of the moving curtains of lights on April... More

Guides were very helpful. Cabins to go in to warm up. Bonfire going outside by cabins you can sit around, roast marshmallows, etc, You can get pictures from them, transportation to and from your hotel, and there are food and hot beverages in the cabins.

We went three nights. Each night was different. The first night was the most active, the second OK and the last night very little activity. It can be hit or miss. It didn't correlate with the weather forecast as the weather changes rapidly outside the city. The group goes out no matter what the weather (rain or clear) because of... More

I visited Whitehorse and surrounding area March 13-17, 2016. Prior to my trip, the staff at Northern Tales were very helpful in answering all my questions and booking all accommodations and excursions for me ahead of time. I was responsible for booking my airline ticket. A staff member was at the airport to greet me, and I had no worries... More

I went on two Aurora viewing tours with Northentales (March19th and March 20th). Everything was very well organized and accommodating and the guides were informative and friendly. Another thing I really liked is that they upload photos to a distinct flickr account and you can download from there for free. All in all, a once in a lifetime experience.
