Good for kids ages 4 -7ish

You get a wrist band so the parents/caregivers match the kids so they monitor who can leave with a child which is nice. There is an larger enclosed area to climb into ball pits... read more

I have been to the Fun Factory with my 5 year old a few times, and we probably won't be back. Food is expensive, but adequate (chicken fingers and such things). The equipment is not bad, but in need of a refresh. It's a bit dirty, and can be very chaotic at times. The ticket games are pretty lame. Check... More

You get a wrist band so the parents/caregivers match the kids so they monitor who can leave with a child which is nice. There is an larger enclosed area to climb into ball pits, climb between rolls, go down slides, over bridge walkways, etc. Parent/caregivers are expected to monitor their child as there are not attendants in the play area.... As expected, the Fun Factory was loud and busy. The concept is great but the set up lacks. Anyone over the age of 5 basically doesn't get supervised at all. None of the staff appear to have any idea what is going on in the play areas. Some of the older kids were playing in the toddler area when we... More

I thought the fun factory was an ok place to take a young kid for a good time to burn some energy. BUT... and there is a HUGE problem with fun factory. They only have maybe 3 parking spots for the place. So unless you go there before anyone else arrives you will have to park 5 miles away and... More

It is a "must go to" when our 4 and 6 year old grandkids come for a visit with Grandma and Grandpa. Then our 9 year old grandson also joins in. We usually spend from 3 to 6 hours there. The boys have fun playing hide and seek and tag. Then it is token time on the game machines and... More

Disgustingly dirty. Will never take my children there again. Do NOT waste your money. I didn't want my kids touching anything and I am far from being a germaphobe.

I took my 2 grandchildren, aged 6 & 4. The first time we were there for several hours-I was able to go on the structure with them. They loved it! The second time was more predictable but still fun. Pros-lots of room, big play structure Cons-"arcade" games, many that don't work, & are totally unnecessary & a rip-off.

Took our 4.5 yr old and 2 yr old for our daughters 2nd birthday (not as a birthday party there, but a fun activity to celebrate her day). Check in was fairly easy-I used the computer to fill out the online wavier..no issues at all. We were prompted at check in if we wanted to get the bonus kids pack-we... More

Decent food and a great way to keep the kids occupied for a couple of hours. My 10 year old has asked not to go beck as she is a little old for this but they still manage to have fun when they are there
