They bring in a wide selection of bands and artists. The lineup leans to the indie side of things, which if that’s your thing The Broadway Theatre shouldn’t be missed. Intimate venue, awesome sound and lighting techs and friendly volunteer staff.

it's a good place to go provided you are interested in the events and like music. Personally I'm a fan of art and loved it.

A good enough place for a live show, but the movies are nothing special, usually Hollywood arty B level stuff that is already online. The screen is at the back of the stage, so it always feels too far away, except in the front row,...More

There is nothing like live music in a small venue, and when you can have a glass of wine and eat popcorn at the same time...a perfect night out!! A big shout out to the people that keep this legendary place alive!

What a beautiful old theatre! In perfect condition with modern chairs and fantastic acoustics!! Saw 2 shows for the fringe and one was a lady who sings vaudeville with vocals to die for! I saw this lady in Edmonton last year and she was even...More

The Broadway was one of those old theatres destined for the wrecking ball, but local supporters worked together to preserve it and re-purpose it as not only a movie theatre, but a popular small venue (i.e. about 300 seats) for outstanding live performances. It's on...More

I'm one of the folks who've run the Broadway for the last 6 years. I wanted to thank anyone who attends the venue for anything-and for their reviews. Good ones spread, poor ones make us better. I'd like you to know-we're community-owned. That doesn't mean...More
