It seems to be getting a bit of updating which it needs- it could use an infusion of updates for the cost- some bathrooms closed and some areas are being unutilized at at moment. They got rid of the farming section which is too bad. Exhibit downstairs is pretty decent and the wrist band activation is at least something new. The exhibit behind the shark mouth has moved but isnt consistently open. Lots of staff. Hockey area needs upgrading. Sensor on the big shooting exhibit works very poorly. Still a solid place to visit but I hope to see a brighter future. The birthday mice dont work either.

Hello, and thank you for your feedback. We are always hard at work to make sure we offer the most engaging and educational exhibits and activities. Also, the Science Centre has been and will continue to undergo some renovations to make sure our facility maintains the standards our customers expect. We hope to see you again in the future!

It was fun place. Good learning for everyone of any age!
You can easily spend 2-4 hours in there and if you have kids more. Quite informative. There are sessions with active demonstrations of science experiments,
Ample parking space and surrounded by a nice park

Review the website before you go. COVID policies can make scheduling a visit challenging. Kids really enjoyed their time there. After our allocated time we felt as though we had seen everything. I hope they change up the exhibits frequently to keep people coming back.

Thanks for sharing your experience. We are glad that your kids had a great time at the Saskatchewan Science Centre. A new exhibition is opening soon and we hope you are able to come back to enjoy that as well.

I love all things Titanic. I love the movie, I watch all of the Discovery specials and enjoy the technological documents and photos. I love the story behind the lives of the passengers of all classes.

This exhibit is a joke. All of the items here tell me this is a cash grab on those that love this history, to drag us in, take $20 and send us on our way wanting for so much more. The lighting is terrible (though I understand things that have been at the bottom of the ocean for this long do not react to certain types of light.

I don't recomend this particular exhibit. This is only a very small portion of the larger exhibit and that one may be the cat's meow, but this one will tell me to take a closer look if I ever think about going to a Titanic event again.

Great half day with the kids. Bit pricey, but if you have boys aged 6 to 12, they will get their money's worth. Saskatchewan's only Imax attached. Not as good as other provinces, but still worth an annual drive in from Estevan, Swift or Stoon.

I want to leave a great review so that everyone goes to the Science Center. It's such a great place...but it doesn't seem like there have been any substantial additions in a long time. It could really use some activities that are more engaging for tweens and teens, as well as First Nations content. I was disappointed in the disrepair of many of the exhibits - missing pieces, things not working, empty critter cages, etc. and by the lack of staff presence. My kids had fun and we have some great memories of other visits.

Are you kidding? Not just for kids; great for adults, too. I don't have kids and had a great time when I visited there. One of the best science centres I've ever visted. Great reuse of an historical building.

This is a wonderful place for kids, with lots of different exhibits and activities that will keep them entertained for hours. We visited with a group of 5 children aged 2 to 7, and they all enjoyed it. Most of the exhibits are geared for kids a little older, so while children 9-12 will probably get the most out of their experience in terms of learning, kids of all age will enjoy their visit. The science related play structures outside the musuem were also a great hit with the kids, and we saw other older children and teenagers enjoying them as well. One problem is the lack of a family friendly place to eat. You would think that a venue such as this that is geared to children would have a good place to take your kids to eat, but the only food service is a fairly upscale retaurant that was just not suitable for our group. You might want to consider brining a picnic lunch.
