We decided to stop in because ot was near where we were staying. It was nice sized for a visit, not too massive or too small and they seem to do an excellent job in providing exhibits that might interest anyone. The top level had...More

Worthwhile to visit to see temporary exhibition and permanent collection of regional artists of national and international stature. As well great to discover an unexpected Mapplethorpe photograph or Fafard sculpture

The museum has three floors with three exhibits, and that's just about it. The artwork is still beautiful, and the museum is as well, it just isn't what we expected.

The Sherbrooke Museum of Fine Arts is not a big museum, and that's not a bad thing. Essentially on three floors, you can visit it all without getting "museum fatigue". This was our second visit. We visited three exhibitions, two temporary (David Spriggs: PRISM and...More

I like the emphasis they put on local artists. The museum is not dry big so the works on display are somewhat limited. They have some nice items for sale. Parking is limited.
