Lovely museum with lots of different exhibits that are all really well set-up. The desk staff are quite nice about speaking English as well. There were guided tours but I didn't do that. Will certainly return!

We spent a rainy afternoon exploring the museum and found it to be very interesting, although the exhibits were not what we expected. We expected to see exhibits that were mostly about Quebec and Canada but instead found exhibits on a wide variety of history....More

Some interesting exhibits and a lot of information on the anthropology and history of the area. Not sure that it was worth the hefty 15 CD admission price.

I specifically went to see the exhibit on Eygpt’s Magic. I wander several of their other exhibits which were nice but since they were nothing I was interested in they did not overwhelm me. The Egyptian exhibit did impress me. They had a wide range...More

This museum is across the street or just a few blocks from most of the docks for cruise ships, so it makes an easy and great stop for cruisers. However, we visited the museum several days before our cruise ship arrived, and it was easy...More

It was freezing the day we visited, so we spent ample time exploring the museum. At the time there was an exhibit on Greek mythology, which was fantastic. The permanent Canadian exhibit was quite good too. Definitely worth a visit.

Yes. There is a coat check on the main floor, right near the ticket counter. You can't miss it.
