Beautiful basilica style church. Go to the 11am mass and you can enjoy the organ and choir! There is a line which forms so, the easiest way to visit is attending mass. This mass is in French. I would park in the area and see the pier area and surrounding places around Jacques Cartier square.

It seems every French city has a cathedral and several are called notre dame. This is a small and attractive basilique located right in the middle of town and worth a quick stop.

Lovely setting and beautiful architecture, lots of ornate work and a silent praying area. The Holy Door is wonderful and very special to see and walk through. Video of history is played continuously.

The Holy Door was the reason for my visit of the cathedral. Words cannot explain my experience. The cathedral is situated in the heart of old Quebec.

We visited this church on our recent visit to Quebec City. It was magnificent. The attention to detail was marvellous and the church has been beautifully maintained. We would recommend that anyone visiting Quebec City see this basilica regardless of your particular religious beliefs.

I've been in many, many of Cathedrals all across Europe. This is a small one, in comparison, but Really Beautiful. Enjoy a few moments of peace, quiet, as you stroll through this one, studying each stained glass window, and most of all the Wonderfully Beautiful High Alter. See Photos I've added

What a beautiful and holy place. The Architecture is insane. It has some great history to it and it's also a great way to avoid those tourist-dense areas when exploring the city

Very beautiful church. Don't need to be religious to appreciate the beauty, the artwork, the design.

This Cathedral was breathtaking. I loved the murals on the walls and the stained glass windows were beautiful. A must see if you are in Quebec City.

Leave a donation because this gorgeous edifice must be hugely expensive to heat, cool, and maintain. Located smack in the center of the middle level of Old Quebec, this is a must-stop while in Quebec City.
