We booked through our hotel for the 1.5 hour river cruise from Quebec Old Port to view the Montmorency Falls and part of the Ile d'Orleans. The voucher was easily exchanged for tickets at the operator's booking office near the boarding point. The vessel has plenty of open and covered space and as the weather was good, we selected a... Took the 1.5 hour sightseeing cruise aboard the AML Louis Jolliet from Chouinard Pier in Quebec City. It was a sunny, breezy day and so nice to see Quebec City from the water! Cruise had food and drinks available for purchase, but we passed on these options, as we just had lunch before boarding for the 2pm cruise. Commentary was... More

Hubby booked this along with our Grey Line via our tour of Quebec City. Nice short cruise through the river. Good drinks and great tour guide. Make sure you try the whisky maple syrup drink, it certainly made the trip more fun. Love the history and relaxing warm trip on the river.

In 1.5 hours, you can get a great view of the city and the river that made it what it was. The view of the falls is spectacular and seeing Orleans Island made us want to stay another day just to explore. The boat and crew were just right. The professional narration was excellent and food and beverages were readily... More

First of all, we purchased the VIP Tickets which gave us window seats for dinner which did offer a great view. Only problem..the dining deck slants toward the water which was a bit uncomfortable....nothing they can do about that. The food was OK with marginal appetizers, a good main course of steak and lobster, followed by a real average dessert.... More

This is a very enjoyable cruise from the port to the Montmorency falls and the island of Orléans, The guide on the ship is the most interesting one I have ever seen, Extremely knowledable of his country and the history surrounding his region and perfectly bilingual. Highly recommend this 90 minutes cruise to everyone.

Signed up for river cruise and was offered 1 hour double decker bus tour for $5 more. Both were a great way to see the area. Better than on/off bus. You learn a lot about the city

We purchased the dinner cruise and firework show. It was worth every penny. The buffet dinner was served before we even left port. The assortment of meal items was remarkable. They had 4 or 5 salad choices, several fresh bread options...several starch choices. The buffet had a prime rib carving station, roasted duck, several other meat choices, and vegetables like... Very good 1.5 hr. cruise. Gave history of the Port. Quebec City and the river industry. Beautiful view of the Chateau and City from the water as well as Montmorency Falls. Large boat with plenty of room to move around.

While planning our trip to Quebec city, we had decided that one of the things we wanted to do was to go whale watching. The weather reports for the week were borderline so we decided to wait and get our tickets after we arrived. We were glad we did because the weather forecasts had been way off. We purchased our...
