The Spa experience you have here will be relative to your past Scandinavian (hot/cold/rest) experiences. If you have never been to one, you will love this. If you have been to others (I have been to a few others) then this one is average. Bring sandals, bathing suit + reusable water bottle. It was roughly $100 tax inc for my... More

Must do so close to Quebec City. In August for a few weeks children can come from 9 until noon. Beautiful and relaxing - steam / ice room was unique.

A very relaxing place. Nice pools and saunas inside a wood, nice small river, great rest areas. Also good massage. The pools though do have a chlorine smell and the infrared sauna was useless. The absolute hit is a steam bath with ice buckets, and the citrus/eucalyptus oils smell. We took the evening (5pm-8pm) pass. But keep in mind that... More

This spa is a truly unique experience from the lush outdoor surroundings, numerous options for hot tubs, cold spas, saunas, and my favourite, the eucalyptus steam room this spa will make you want to extend your holiday and go back for another day. The facility is clean, staff is friendly, food is great and reasonable.

This is a short drive north of Quebec (20 minutes) to a wonderful oasis on the verge of a forest. I had never tried anything like this before and it exceeded my expectations. Upon arrival, you are greeted by knowlesgeable staff in a very clean environment. You get a towel, bottle of water and a locker key that you wear... More

This place is amazing. I've been to more spas than I can count and this is by far the best. The scenery is gorgeous. Set amongst a forest off the highway - it's easy to get to (25 minutes from Old Quebec which is about $35) and you feel like you're away from it all. I didn't hear any traffic... More

My husband and I visited the spa on our honeymoon trip to Quebec City. It's a little ways out - we rented a car - but it was very much worth it. This is a really peaceful spa - perfectly situated on a small river. They had fireplaces going while we were there, and the smell was wonderful. We really... More

Unbelievable! I did not want to go here. Outdoor icy water pools after heated tubs? Well, this was an experience that I won't forget! Mantra - hot, cold, rest. I took the rest part seriously and did not want to get off the hammock by the fireplace. 2:00 massage and didn't leave there until 7:30! Great value for a meditative... More

My husband and I did the evening thermal experience (5pm-8pm at a reduced rate). The front desk staff spoke English with us and were very helpful in explaining everything. Change rooms were clean and comfortable. We loved that there are many very small hot tubs and cold pools. We always had a pool to ourselves. Lovely variety of relaxation areas... More

We couldn't ask for more about this venue. The place looks fantastic and the massage we received was marvellously relaxing, as they offer a wide range of style of massage fitting your needs.
