Visited the spa on December 30 and despite being very busy with New Years appointments, the staff maintained a calm and relaxed atmosphere. The quality of the manicure and pedicure is excellent and the esthitician was very helpful in selecting just the right shade and color combinations. I also enjoyed an express facial with lovely lotions and a refreshing mask.... More

Wow thank you Cindy, one of the best massage in years. So professional and caring. And I really appreciated your explanation of this technique.

The spa itself was very nice but we didn't like the changing floors between the dressing rooms and the spa services, that seemed strange as well the restrooms weren't part of the dressing room so you had to travel down through reception to use the restroom. Other than that, the service was great; the treatment room was bland but you... More

First off, both my wife and I loved our massages. Mihaela was a pro and her deep therapeutic massage was great. The staff was super polite and pleasant. Where did they lose major points, the facilities. This place is tiny. From the time you walk in to the reception to the time you shower (men's shower). The steam room is... More

My husband and I stayed at the hotel in November, 2016 and decided to book a massage while we were there. I have had many massages in my life due to health issues. I have to say that Vanessa L at the spa is probably the best massage therapist i have ever had. She is very knowledgeable and communicates so... More

My aunt and I came in to get a pre- wedding stress relief massage. It was such a great experience!! Booking an appointment was so easy. When you walk in you feel the relaxing ambiance and they give you complimentary water. Special thanks to Vanessa who gave me a great experience with the massage! She was very professional and sweet.... More

Enjoyed all of it, but not completely satisfied. For the price they charge nothing should left to question after the experience. The clinicians and products used were great, but when a client informs you over the phone they are pregnant, the message should have been passed on the clinicians for appropriate care and planning.

I had an amazing experience here at the Rainspa with Mihaela. Not only does the atmosphere sooth the mind, but her technic is well worked with dexterity and precision (especially if you have a sore muscle, she can lighten it up). Thank you for this pleasant and relaxing massage. I recommend her if you're looking for a great massage in... More

Some positive points from my visit to the spa: Open early on weekends. They were able to see me last minute (same day). Tania was able to adapt to specific areas I needed to stretch which are difficult or impossible to do oneself. One of the better steam rooms I have visited as well. I forgot to ask my message... Staying in Vieux-Montreal (Old Montreal)

Neighborhood Profile
Vieux-Montreal (Old Montreal)
The historic center of Montreal, Vieux-Port is home to some of the city's most antiquated buildings and picturesque streets. Along the waters of the St. Lawrence River, the bank of Old Port features museums, festivals, food stalls, and outdoor athletics, a celebrated part of the city that explodes into fireworks displays on warm summer nights. At its center, street performers and artists compete with sprawling restaurant terraces for space along Jacques-Cartier Square, while the cobbled streets of Rue St. Paul and Rue Notre-Dame offer a reprieve of quiet galleries and atmospheric wine bars. Horse-drawn carriages are not an uncommon part of traffic, and the narrows they traverse are lined with boutiques, crêperies, and poutine shops enshrined in buildings of stone and wooden lattices. Here you can evoke Montreal's past with a traditional cooking lesson or historical tour, then enjoy its artistic present with live music and theater.
