I've been a member for over 4 years now and I enjoy coming in first thing in the morning. From 6 to 7 there might be 5 or 6 people, most are long time regulars. It's clean and there are lots of equipment choices.
Can't speak enough of the staff, they are super friendly and they very knowledgeable.
Once a year they have a membership appreciation party where you can bring a guests, have some great food from park/lavenderia and free massages or courses.
It's a tad expensive but it's walking distance and not crowded and that's why I keep going.

Walking from one park or square to the other, enjoying the contrasts between old and new (up to skyscrapers), learning about Montreal's history and enjoying the friendly atmosphere and the people of Montreal.

Substantial and beautiful green area in wonderful location. Great place to chill and view the sights while sitting on a bench. My wife and I passed through whilst touring East Canada and enjoyed the sights.

The park is cut in half by Rue St. Antoine; one side hosts Queen Victoria's statue and a lovely garden while the other is the location for the beautiful art nouveau metro station (with all its gilded wrought iron) and benches and pools of water. It was created in 1811 when the city's defensive walls were torn down.

During our walk, an open-air concert was in full swing and the benches were lined with people enjoying the music and the day. Montreal is a city under construction; it seems almost anywhere we walked, there were major undertakings in progress. No different here.

This was a little green space we discovered walking from St. Catherines shopping area to the Old Port and Old Montreal. There is a statue of Queen Victoria and a square of green space, benches and shade. Also seems to be an access point to the Metro.

Montreal has several parks all to be experienced while wandering the streets of this neat, clean city, this is a tidy park with a lovely Queen Victoria memorial in the centre, well worth the visit.

We didn’t find a spa, just a pretty little park in the International Quarter, near a metro station.

It contains a statue and some attractive seasonal plantings. There are benches that provide a place to rest in the shade.
