we choose a tandem bike which was hilarious to try and manage. Montreal is a pretty hilly city so we ended up having to walk the bike around a lot. i probably wouldn’t do a tandem bike again. they obviously have regular bikes to choose...More

I booked this bike tour because I got to go to Canada with my husband for his work trip. I knew he would be busy the whole time so I thought this would be something fun and active to keep me busy! It was literally...More

My family has been traveling to Motreal for the past 15 years and with almost every visit we like to go bike riding to explore the city. Every time we use this bike shop. The customer service is impeccable and the bikes are always in...More

The tour started off ok but quickly moved into a biased history of how French Canadians are so much better than English Canadians. It then moved to offensive when he said English Canadians are just as bad as Americans (insulting to both Canadians and Americans!)...More

Our guide was Rene, and he was really informative and funny. He told us a lot about the Franco / Anglo dichotomy in Montreal's history. He was very friendly, immediately memorized everyone's names and made us all feel comfortable. We toured neighborhoods, tasted bagels, and...More

My man Mike killed it. Very friendly and knowledgeable. A pretty leisurely ride so don't worry if you aren't Lance Armstrong. Great tour, really fun. 10/10 would bike again.

Mike was our guide. His knowledge of the area was encompassing and his antidotes were humorous. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the bike tour. If you do not do anything else in Montreal, you have to take this tour!

“Mike on a bike”, our tour guide, was informative and entertaining. Our tour was bilingual, English and French, which was interesting to hear. I recommend this tour

We rented an ebike which was amazing. We were debating between biking and renting a scooter, but the ebike was the perfect compromise. The staff at Montreal on Wheels was most helpful and took excellent care of us. Highly recommend it!

Plus, I agree with the first post. You are on city street and side-by-side with heavy traffic occasionally. Montreal is VERY bike friendly-but depending on your level of experience, that might be nerve-racking.

Yes! Tours are in English. Our group was small-only four of us, so it was very personalized!
