Anywhere within reasonable walking distance is going to cost $20 or more. It took me 1/2 hour just to get out of the building I parked in next door. Sorry to be late answering

Does the bell centre have accessible wifi? I do not have a phone capable of international roaming and I want to be able to be in contact with my childcare provider while I am at a concert.
