The plaza at the Place des Arts is the perfect spot for people watching. A great place to sit and relax if feeling weary from your wanderings. There are a couple of cafe's on the plaza or bring a snack from a nearby shop.

Although those who travel by car may not appreciate the road closures, this area is nice to visit on a warm summer evening. Even more so when special events are taking place (Like the Christmas Fair in December).

Never ending rotation of festivals, places like this is what makes Montreal great! They recently built fountains and shallow pools here, what an amazing idea for the summer!

This has to be one of those Theatre complexes that is a hidden jewel. The offerings over the year are great and the shows are all first class. The MSO and Jazz festival use the facilities and they always put on these great shows.

Underground so awesome rainy day, cold/hot escape. Unique Architecture and design, connected to malls, parking and food. Good for all ages.
