We were in Laval for my Son's surgery while he needed to relax and sleep after surgery he stayed @ the Holiday Inn across the street while my wife and I looked around to give him peace and quiet to recover from surgery. Lots of variety in stores and restaurants. Very busy shopping mall always a lot of people shopping and some great deals.Great convenience for us to give us places to eat and exercise shopping while our Son recuperates from surgery.

Carrefour is the ideal shopping center which offers a variety of stores to everyone's taste. From designer to casual, the choice is yours. Good walk from each end of the center! They even have a green space with beautiful flowers and greenery, beautifully decorated depending on the season. Highly recommended if you haven't been there yet!

My group almost eat lunch here. Then we saw the Food prep guy in the back preparing a cold pasta salad to bring out front with his mask under his chin.

Then he brings it out to the public display case and places it under the glass, again with his mask under his chin.

SEE PICTURE!

Not only is this unhygienic, it’s also illegal at this moment not to be wearing a mask in any indoor public space.

Cashier serving people with her mask under her nose also.

See picture

Is it really that difficult to figure out how to use a mask?

Little droplets being exhaled all over our food!

While I am sure management has asked employees to use proper hygiene methods. The ball definitely is dropped in this place.

Don’t eat here, you might as well take your mask off and go give the chef a big wet kiss. Because he’s already splattered on your food before you got here!

YUK!!

These guys should be fined, duping the public into a sense of false security.

If you return from international travel and don’t quarantine for 14 days, the fines are up to $750,000 or six months in prison. Yet This guy gets to prepare food in a public mall with his mask under his chin. ????.............While the girl next to him breathes through her nose onto the food and service area ........just to make sure you’ve got double the risk.

Shame shame!!!

This mall has all the stores you would expect to see, plus. But the layout is very confusing and non intuive. I was there for the first time in many years and was completely disoriented to know where the exit was to return to my car. There are only 7 entrances to the mall and they are very hard to locate once inside. The electronic guideboards are almost useless. The issue is this: in the event of an emergency need for evacuation of the mall how will shoppers with the many children, elderly parents, strollers, walkers and wheelchairs exit? Is every store employee trained on what they can do, or will it be every person for themself? Frankly, this is a mall that I am afraid to be in. You should be too.

Great mall with new store being added (like M. Kors). It offers many different type of stores a large hardware store (Rona) and lot's of places to eat.
I don't know if they offer that...but they should offer for elderly people the chance to borrow small electric vehicle because walking on that floor is very had.

Oh, that's too much for a day of shopping! You will need much more time for figuring out where you are and how many boutiques do you still have to see!!!
I love it!

Although not on the island of Montreal, Carrefour Laval is a short drive away and is well worth it. This mall has everything from large retailers like Simons, Sears and The Bay, to boutique stores of all kind. The food court was renovated a few years ago and offers a great selection. You can also find very good sit-down restaurants if you're in the mood for that. Overall, everything you'd want in one location.

This was our first time in Carrefour Laval but we found the mall the prettiest mall we have visited in Canada. It has an atrium that has a huge display of flowers and even a birdcage. The shops are nicely laid out and have huge walkways. It also has a big foodcourt. Parking was also not a problem. Staying near here is also easy since there is a huge Sheraton hotel and Holiday Inn just beside the mall.

The atrium reminded me of the gardens in Las Vegas hotels.

A lot of parking and restaurants. Full of boutiques
And stores like Simon, La Baie, Rona. No drug stores or Dollar stores in the mall. You will find Dollars store outside of the mall.
