I have been visiting Museum and heritage foundation with a group of teenagers from Poland. I was their interpreter. It was like my dreams finally come true because when I was a child I have been dreaming about visiting Canada and especially PEI. I am big fan of Annie from Green Gables and of course LM Montgomery. That was big,... More

I have toured the Yeo house at Green park many times and I have come away refreshed being a part of its rich history the same as Anne's House and Green Gables. Plus the view from the upstairs windows is breathtaking within its self. My very favorite is West Point Light House where I grew up and is a place... More

We stumbled onto this small museum almost by accident and were very happy we did so. Not only did we learn much from the compact but very thorough and informative display material (signs, artifacts), but the attendant was friendly and a wealth of information, freely given. A stop there is well worth a visit.

The shipbuilding musuem at Green Park does a good job in explaining the trade. I would certainly skip the outdated and dull introductory films (one is 20 mins, the other 1 hour). The real gem is the Yeo house though. The house was owned by a local wealthy shipbuilder and is completely restored to its Victorian glory. The home is... More
